it's snowing........

It is snowing our first snow of the year!!! Yay! ....that means that it is really Christmas Time.:)

thanks........

Thanksgiving was blessed~ What a fun time with friends, family, and extended family. We played, ate, shopped, ate, fellowshipped, ate, talked about how thankful we were, and ate.......... Ok, let me quit already.:D Anyway, we are now on our 7 day fast in attempts to make retribution for overeating and to reverse all of the calories we consumed. :D (jt)
5 days off of work does wonders for one's mentality, especially when it is paid time off. I feel completely rested and refreshed. After losing 4 rounds of "Skip-Bo" and 1 round of "Sorry Revenge" I am completely humbled.
Reflecting, God has been stupendously good this year, as always. I have so much to be thankful for, I am not sure where to begin. He never ceases to amaze me with his faithfulness. My only prayer is that I can somehow be so faithful to him and to fulfilling his purpose in my life. I am blessed beyond measure with the love of family and church family, with the opportunity to be a part of tremendous revival at my job and on campus, with grace and mercy, and with so much more it would take me all day to articulate.
Now it's on to Christmas and all of the craziness of the season; however, I must say this is my favorite time of year. It's party time, family time, and a time for giving and sharing the best gift of all, the love of Jesus. We have a concert in Pueblo in a couple of weeks, so the vocal chords will be getting a work-out. That will be a blast and a time to visit and catch up with distant friends.
P.s. sorry for no spaces between paragraphs. This new version of blogger is having an issue or either I am, when it publishes it takes my spaces out. I am not technologically competent enough to figure out how to fix it, so if you know, please share.:)

when I think about the Lord.....

When I think about the Lord; how he saved me, how he raised me, how he filled me with the Holy Ghost, how he healed me to the uttermost. When I think about the Lord; how he picked me up and turned me around, how he place my feet on solid ground.

It makes me want to shout "hallelujah, thank you Jesus, Lord you're worthy, of all the glory, and all of the honor, and all of the praise!" It makes me want to shout "hallelujah, thank you Jesus, Lord you're worthy, of all the glory, and all of the honor, and all of the praise!"

Makes me want to shout......
