Pandora Radio....
Therefore, the search began for a new station to play at work that would combine some of my favorite genres of music and keep it real. This is extremely vital you see, for I am known on my campus for the gospel music or preaching that students hear around my desk. God has allowed me to work in a place where this is allowed and I am incredibly thankful. The music that has played across my desk and the live feed from conferences such as "No Limits" have created MULTIPLE opportunities for me to reach out to students. My most recent baby in the Lord was won as a result of his stopping at my desk to ask me if "that was gospel music they heard playing at my desk?!?" ;) Thank you Jesus for Bro. Stephen Lewis who will be, and already is being, mightily used of God on our Campus.
In the process of identifying a new radio station for work, I finally caved and joined the world of blackberryites. In other words, my most recent cell phone purchase has been a Blackberry Curve. While setting up all of my cool little applications one of my bestest buddies, who also happens to be my amazing Sis-in-Love, STRONGLY encouraged me to download the Pandora application to my phone! Upon doing so, I remembered that I had a Pandora station/site already set up. Voila....not only did I now have the wonderful genome project on my phone, I would also use it for work. Therefore, I now have Pandora Radio on my phone and once again use it on my work computer.
My most recent station to be set up is an Israel Houghton station, with my options set to include some of my other favorite artists of all time. This week has been the week of worship music, as this station has been used of God to create an atmosphere of worship at my desk . It's summertime and incredibly quiet, so music is a must for a reasonably productive work day. ;) Worship music is even more vital. I have wept this week, I have worshipped, I have sang, I have jigged around my work-space, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my re-introduction to Pandora. God is so amazing! It is wonderful how he is not restricted by space, by time, by an environment that is so incredibly carnal, or by the parameters of our finite mind. Thank you Lori Lynn, for reminding me of this great radio project. Whether anyone else really likes it or not, it has truly been a blessing to me. Oh and by the way, did I mention in this post that I really love Pandora!?! ;) Check it out....Pandora.

Young People with a Message.....
Youth who are not afraid to stand up for what they believe are some of the most impressive individuals in our society, to me. I love young people who are not ashamed to proclaim their belief in God, in truth, in integrity and in holding to the values that mean so much to them.

Precious Memories.....
It has been my mission this past few months, or year, to preserve the incredible legacy left for my family by my grandmother. My sister and I have been making an effort to devote our Monday nights to spending time with Grandma. We usually do dinner and spend the evening visiting, reminiscing and sharing sweet moments with her. I have recorded her once regarding her mission's trips, but hope to do so some more. Also, it is my desire to instill in my nieces and nephews the importance of gleaning as much wisdom, history, insight and information as possible. In addition, through our example, it is my hope that they will understand how important it is to put the time and effort into preserving a relationship and special moments with our elderly loved ones.

American Capitalism gone with a Whimper....
I received this article this morning and cringed to my guts when I read it. It is a sad, sad day when a Russian journalist is admonishing Russian business owners to run from the increasingly Marxist and Socialistic government creating a "Red America." We got change America, the majority voted for it and we definitely got it! Now Obama is getting overwhelmingly drunk on his own sense of power to the point that he is trying to throw his slimy weight around with Israel..... My heart sings the song....."It won't be long....and we'll be leaving here, It won't be long and we'll be going home." Read below, and believe it. One thing I have found this year, through working in education America, is that whether we like it or not, or believe it or not, Marxism is fully at work in our nation!
This article is for your information. Please read.
Note from Don Wildmon: For years I have refused to use words such as Marxism, socialism or similar words when describing our current situation. However, it is time to call a spade a spade, regardless of how those who oppose us label us. Rome is burning. The article below was written by Stanislav Mishin, a blogger and columnist for the Russian newspaper Pravda.
It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.
